Puppy Update 2

Well its been just a week since Max came home with us. Typical puppy antics keep us on our toes as he is just full of high octane Llewellin Setter energy! There is hardly a moment, when he isn’t sleeping, that he isn’t trying to get into trouble or throwing his toys in the air.

It seems he has nearly doubled in size in just one week, as his appetite continues to be ravenous. He loves running around the property at warp 9.7.

Max is taking well to the feel of the lead and though he is quite young and its early yet, he has begun his left to right patterning. This is at a very rudimentary stage, but it will translate in later training.

Tucker and he are beginning to accept each other as housemates and I can see the roles beginning to develop. Tucker is doing better at tolerating his antics. This is a rare moment as I sit at the desk typing. I am thankful.
