Smoking

As the temps have begun to come down and this being October 1 and all, it seems time to get the Oklahoma Joe offset smoker going. With the price of groceries up so ohigh, it seemed prudent to smoke the poor man’s brisket. A nice chuck roast with a nice Texas style rub. The smoker fueled with post oak and apple wood today.
